Data collected

comsports-app.com collects the minimum data needed to operate: a session cookie for the cookie consent panel, an analytics cookie when you accept analytics, and standard server logs.

The portal does not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers outside the support ticket flow. When you start a support ticket through /contact/, the ticket service stores your message and a private access key so the conversation can resume.

Cookies

The portal separates strictly necessary cookies from optional categories. Optional categories default to off and can be withdrawn at any time. Use the Cookie Settings button in the footer.

Third parties

The verified access route /Login/playnow forwards your request to the verified first-party access endpoint. The destination may set its own cookies and process its own data under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare fronts the portal at the edge and may process request metadata for caching, security and abuse detection.

Retention

Server logs are retained for a short operational window. Support tickets are retained until you start a new conversation. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser.

Your rights

You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through the Cookie Settings button. You can start a new support conversation to erase the previous ticket. The portal does not store account data because it does not host accounts.
